Lodging at Jackson’s Mill:
A block of 20 Lodge rooms at Jackson’s Mill located near Jane Lew and Weston, WV, have been reserved for Jackson Brigade members for Friday July 25 and Saturday July 26 evenings. Any Lodge rooms not reserved by June 20, 2014 will be released from the room block. Note: Lodge rooms will be available on a first-come first-served basis. Guests need to call (304) 269-5100 and make their own reservation with a credit card! This is the main phone number. The Lodge is not handicapped accessible. To receive our room rate, mention you are with the Jackson Brigade when calling in your reservations. Check in time: 2-4 p.m. Check out time: 11 a.m. If you arrive after 4 p.m.: upon arrival call (304) 269-5100 for assistance to receive keys to assigned room. The few rooms with a refrigerator are usually assigned to persons needing a refrigerator for medical reasons such as storing insulin. Remember: The Early Bird Gets the Worm!
Rates for Lodge rooms are locked in to $65.00 per night plus 12% tax for a total of $72.80. Each room has two double beds and rooms have free WIFI. No more than a party of four can stay in a room according to the fire marshal. Rate cited is for the room regardless of the number of individuals in the room.
Also, there may be available a private room with bath in most of the 55 cottages. These have not been reserved by the Jackson Brigade. Also, there are three suites above the Dining Room that might be available. And there are a few trailer hookups that might be available. Rates for other Jackson’s Mill lodging that might be available are not locked in.
Note: Please notify Nancy Jackson (WV32@Frontier.com) if you make reservations at Jackson’s Mill. Since she needs to provide a list of names to Jackson’s Mill by certain stated dates in our contract, please supply her with a list of the names in your party who are staying in a room.
Lodging at Area Motels:
Quality Inn (formerly Comfort Inn), Holiday Express and Super 8 are located in Weston, WV. More lodging options can be found in Clarksburg and nearby Bridgeport, WV. Search the Internet for more details on these motels.
Wilderness Plantation Inn has been renovated and is about 8 miles from Jackson’s Mill. It is located right off I-79 in Jane Lew, WV.

Note: Your prepaid meal reservations and registration fee is to be sent to Nancy Jackson. Reunion 2014 Registration Form (Reunion Reservations must be received by June 20, 2014. Jackson’s Mill is only responsible for taking prepaid lodging for those who stay at Jackson’s Mill.
