Laura J. Arnold
BUCKHANNON, W. Va., Sept. 25. Mrs. Laura J.[Jackson] Arnold, the only sister of the late Gen. Stonewall Jackson, died yesterday at the city hospital here from diseases incident to old age. Mrs. Arnold was 85 years old and was active until within a few weeks of her death.
She was born in Clarksburg, Va., now West Virginia, in 1826 and was married in 1843 to the late Jonathan Arnold, of Beverly, Randolph county.
